Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso recently purchased Tequila Frogs, bar and grill, which is located at 4908 Alberta and sits between the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine and University Medical Center (UMC). It is a small step toward the goal of becoming a health sciences university. Ultimately, the location will become some sort of academic building, said Frank Stout, associate dean for finance and administration at the medical school.
