Sierra Medical Center has announced the appointment of Dr. David Dobrin as chief of staff for Sierra Medical Center for 2011. Dobrin has worked with Sierra Providence Health Network in various hospital appointments and committees since 1987. He has 24 years practicing Cardiology and Internal Medicine in El Paso.
