A two-story building expansion area has been added to the New Mexico State University College of Health and Social Services. The extra 7,392 square feet will house the Southwest Institute for Health Disparities Research. It will also include a 136-seat auditorium on the first floor with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment for classes. Funds for the $2 million expansion project came from the state of New Mexico for the Southwest Institute for Health Disparities Research.
