Former longtime New Mexico State University Professor Peter Lammers has accepted a research faculty position to advance algal biofuel research and related development projects at NMSU.  He already has acted as the principal investigator on a $45 million proposal to USDA in sustainable bioenergy. He also is assisting with NMSU's plans to deploy an AGS-4000L bioreactor from Solix at the NMSU algae testbed.
