By 2016, every single piece of Fort Bliss’s aging medical infrastructure will have been replaced.  A new Beaumont medical facility to be built on the eastern reaches of Fort Bliss is just part of the construction and expansion that will grow the post’s medical facilities to more than 2-million-square feet. Year 2016 is four years after the surge of new soldiers, now expected in 2012.
